2azfe xrs motor build

So Friday at my dealership we replaced a 2AZFE engine on a Camry because of oil consumption and i have inherited the short block assembly. I was wondering if anyone has yet done a motor build to an XRS and how they did it and what they used. I found this site http://www.briancrower.com/ which has TONS of motor parts for the 2AZ including a stroker kit. Im still debating on just putting cams in my engine i have now and calling it a day and scrap the block. So has anyone done motor work? Head work? or just bolt ons?
