Cranking sound when car is put on reverse

I need feedback and options.. My car has been shaking when ever I came to a complete stop when the gear was on "d" that issue is now fixed..now when I got my car back a week later it makes a "cranking noise" when the car is geared in reverse..I have no idea what it could be..I'm getting told engine mounts issues but I think it's either the exhaust or transmission..the rpms do not stall or go on high.. What do some of you think

Although I'm not totally certain of your situation, but the car is a 2010, right? It should be covered under the "total" car warranty. I'd camp out at the dealer's maintenance office until it was fixed. Or are they not seeing what you're writing about?

Hard to say without hearing it. Best to check with a dealer & let them here it.

Car is sitting in the service garage waiting to get fixed..in the meantime toyota gave me a 2011 Venza v6 as a courtesy vehicle until the car is fixed
