1 - Nope, not possible. You can simply stream audio.
2 - BluLogic really isn't anything special. Yes, you can stream audio through your device, but my main complaint is that it only plays through the front speakers. It's a deal-killer.
3 - The stealership could install it for you, but not without a rather large payment. Your soul should do nicely - if you're not willing to give it up, simply use your house as collateral. (It's not actually hard to install yourself, but you're better off with your JBL Bluetooth.)
4 - I have the BluLogic system. Other than the fact that streaming audio only plays over the front speakers, I absolutely love it. Clear call quality, great interface - it even takes up the blank switch area on your dash!
5 - Your best option without a new headunit: an iPod interface kit. It does exactly what you're looking for, lets you control your music from the headunit and steering wheel, while also giving you semi-quick access to your entire library AND charging your iPod at the same time. Even better is that you can wire the system to wherever you want, so you can have the iPod plug in your glove-box, center console, or wherever else in the cabin you'd like to keep it safe and out of view.
To make your life easy, here's a link to a Toyota-branded iPod kit on what's possibly the single-best Toyota Accessories dealer on the internet, TRD Sparks!

I have the iPod kit from Toyota, and while I can't guarantee it's the exact same as this, it does pretty well. It can be tricky to navigate through your library if you have thousands of songs as I do, but you can pretty much just let the system shuffle through as it wishes and forget about it. It also allows you to choose playlists, artists, or specific genres (all from the headunit) if you so wish.
Pretty easy to install, too. TRDSparks even has the instructions right there on the page - just look to the right!
Good luck bro, and welcome to TN btw. =P
