outlet fuse blown

This car's outlet is fragile. It has been blown twice, This time I decided to replace it myself rather driving 10 miles out to dealer. Which fuse should I replace, Should I replace all? And now I should check all those plug's spec before plug any of them into the outlet. What output and input should be in terms of volt, amp and fuse spec inside of plug?
The one blown my fuse this time is: input: DC12-24V , output: DC5V--2A

The one in the hood or under steering wheel? If it is the one under hood, there fuse#6 120A called alt has circuit charging system,ABS and other bunch of stuff, other one fuse#19 7.5A called ALT-S has circuit just Charging system.

Under steering wheel, one is fuse#9 called CIG 15A has circuit Cigarette lighter. But when I check the #9 it has 7.5A fuse in place and not blown. fuse was blown one time before, dealer fixed it. Never know what they did and why they place it in it. Could that be the cause?

Im sure both of them are under the hood. if your using cheap car chargers to charge your phone they will blow your fuses quick. I used a cheap one that i bought one day for a 2hr trip because my phone was dying and it blew the fuse the instant i plugged it in.

The fuses will blow if you push the charger in too far quickly. Apparently you need to slowly push them in only until they they have power. Too quick, too far in will blow the fuse.
