rubber waffle seals on sunroof not sticking to glass?

anybody had trouble with the waffle type rubber seals that slide back and forth with the sunroof coming loose from the glass? kinda like the heat from the sun is baking the glue on the seals to the point they dont hold anymore. if so have you tried to have a dealer fix the problem and what was the results?

My driver side seal keeps coming off, you can slide it back in but it's irritating.

I asked the dealer to fix it, they shoved the top tab back in (which i can easily do) and it seemed to last longer but it's still an issue.

I plan on getting them to look at it yet again when i go in for the next maint.

What bugs me is the passenger side is fine and is firmly seated.

My pass. side used to come off a lot. I got my roof replaced in May, but it was for the seal outside. So far, it hasn't come off, but honestly, I haven't used it as much but it's summer so it'll get use. My Corolla was an early production model, so I think the problem falls to the supplier.

i had it come down/off once on my 09 S. just pushed it back up no issues since.
