Well I just got my alpine pdx-5 the other day in the mail.

Just waiting to receive the hi/low converters I ordered then I shall install..

Just contemplating mounting locations for the amp while I wait. Where did you mount yours?

Ps. I can't believe how small this amp is! Lol

They truly are tiny, and run very cool. I put mine under the drivers seat, although now that I've changed ideas on the location of my CarPC, I'd put it under the passenger seat. More room, easier to get to. Would require a few more feet of 4awg cabling though.

You can ground to the seat bolt on the back corner toward the middle of the car reasonably easy.

dunno what brand they are, just picked them up at the local car audio shop here..

I have a quick question, with this amp, what should I be setting the crossover at on it for 3-way kenwood 6x9s in the rear and mtx 6.5" components up front?
