aux port removal

Hey guys I wanted to know how to remove the auxiliary port on the 2009-2010 Toyota Corolla S, it is the small little port on the bottom left side of the center console right under the climate control panals.

I kind of broke off a tip of an aux cord inside the aux port so I need to remove the aux port to pop or move out the broken cable piece.

I know Toyota will want almost 100 or more dollars to repair/replace it at the dealership so I need to know if I can remove the piece by myself to spare that pain in the pocket.

this pdf shows how to remove the port, you won't need to remove H/U to get at the aux port
