technical question

i just installed hids in my foglights and it was working perfectly, then i ordered a different colour hid bulb installed them tried to turn on my fog lights but they would not turn on? i took everything out and reinstalled factory bulbs but it still did not work. any idea what iv done to my rolla?

I've had that happened to me when I installed the HID on my car. Some HID kits are pulling too much amp when turning on so it blows the fuse. If memory serves me right, its a 10 amp. Try a 15 or get another HID kit like I did just to be safe.

thanks guys is there a guide to installing fuses , or should i just go to a mechanic and let them do ti, would it cost alot? if its a easy job i would like to do it myself and save some money

The fuse are just pull out old one and put in new one

whaaaaa dont pay anyone to change a fuse man!
its definitely that cause i did the same thing when my HIDs were first installed
they kept blowing fuses

its located under the steering wheel idk why every other exterior light fuse is under the hood
but the fog is under the steerring wheel.
it helps if you get the little fuse puller from the box under the hood.
and i just put a higher one i think a 15 or a 20. im pretty sure it was already a 15 stock.
