Mechanically everything is the same except for in 2010 there was an XRS model that pumped out more horse power. I think the traction control came standard on 2011.

The 2.4L in the XRS is no longer available & traction control/VSC became standard in 2010, on the 09 it was an option. Any mechanical parts for the engine or suspension will fit the 11 just the same as the 09/10.

one quick question... i know climate and all kinds of factors varry on this answer but what is about the avg HP/TRQ gains are ppl seeing from modded intakes and exhaust?
i saw one video where a guy dynoed his stock 2010 (1.8l) 5 speed and got about 110 HP at the the wheels

yea with the current exchange rate i think it would be out of the question. not to mention all the paper work and having to stare at the dominant KMph gauges. if a friend ever got in my car they would crap their pants if they thought we were actually doing 120 (MPH) on the highway. lol
yea im getting the S trim with the "upgraded" stereo. i wish they had RCA outputs in the trunk (or atleast behind the radio) for aftermarket amplifiers. you figure than kind of stuff would be standard for the nicer trim levels now a days but it looks like i will be running a line out converter for my subs....
i have a nice aftermarket receiver but i don't want to loose the steering wheel controls and the USB function.
i wounder what the GB limit is on the USB storage... i would love nothing more that to hook up a Ext. HDD and have my entire music collection controlled thru the steering wheel.
Same specs but has a USB port. The screen is much larger.
However I believe this is only available on the S...or maybe even as a JBL upgrade option.
The JBL option is no longer available on the 11. It also lost the power plug in the center armrest & the pockets with hooks on the inner side of the center counsel.

The stock stereo I don't think is powerful enough to compete with aftermarket amplified subs... All you'll hear is bass.

if its really that bad ill have to go with my aftermarket receiver then...
ive personally never hooked up a system with a factory stereo that got drowned out by the subs tho. maybe in crazy 2000watt+ systems i could see that being a issue, but ill just be running 800RMS to two 12s. nothing crazy.

I don't remeber being a limit but I know there can only be a maximum number of main folders and then subfolders (i.e. 8 main = rock, r&b, etc...) the subfolders (Rock = Aerosmith, Pink, etc...) (r&b = R Kelly, Jay Sean, etc...), then the songs in the folders or even subfolders in each artist for different albums.

It sounds clean up until volume 35-40 after that it's distorted. And volume 35-40 isn't really that loud, like you could still have a convo over it.
