read up on swapping taillight/rear blinkers and jam a vacuum cleaner hose in there and try to suck it out

worst is you have to cut the plastic back of your tail light to remove that fly.

There is a DIY floating around somewhere here.

In order to open the housing, you'll have to bake your taillight in the oven on low heat just enough to melt the glue and pry the housing apart.

I'd leave it.
To remove it, use a small tube preferrably 1/8" clear tubing through the bulb opening with suction. Either a vac. vac. bulb, or just suck. Be very careful though or it'll end up in your mouth. ha ha.

Crickets don't eat flys. Frogs do. So put a frog in there and your fly problem is solved... But in all seriousness. Just vacuum it out through the bulb opening.

you could use a dremel tool to cut out near the sides of the backing of your tail light. then reglue it back.
