So I'm thinking about purchasing some door sills for my 2011 Corolla S MGM. I think it adds a nice touch to it. What do you guys think about it? My problem is that I don't know which color to choose. Grey or Dark Grey? I'm thinking dark grey would be the way to go, but im so unsure.
most of them go over the oem one and its kinda ehhh. there is the $150 one on ebay that is legit and actually locks into the slots. i would go dark grey. oem look with the change

3m over the OEM is frown upon? Please tell me more. I was so set on getting it but i guess i need to do more research. You might have saved me more money...lol
I've been thinking about the LED door sills, but maybe somewhere down the line. There are some great priced ones on Ebay. They are much cheaper than the door sills from toyota and other websites.
My corolla is only 1 month and a few days old so I think im gonna hold off on the LED for now or door sills overall unless i receive more inputs.
My S came with the nicer door sills from the factory. I love the look of them.

mine came too with factory door sills but id rather have the ones with the lights.
While the lights may look nice it's not a big deal to me since you only see it when the door is open for a few seconds.

Whenever you get the chance, can one of you guys post a picture? There are literally no pics of the door sills installed on a corolla in google at all.
