Are these defective?

Got my coilover in today and I was sooooooo


Until I found this out and i was and !! Motherfdsfkdsfsdf hope these two arent defective.
Front pillowball to be seem slanted


Rear coilover dust cover seems to be crooket and rear pillowball seem to be slanted

holy...
could you move the front top mounts at all?

the rear... check the bolt up top where the damping knobs are, are they loose?

yes the bolts on top are loose is this bad

oh i cant move the front top mount at all so are these defective?

if the bolts are loose, adjust the plates and then tightened it up. see if it straights up. megan's come loose like that for some reason. but once tightened its wouldn't happen again.

Sorry I'm so noob to this how do I loosen these bolts, do I need a spring compressor to secure the spring from popping out at me while im doing this or i just have to remove the bolts on top of the pillowball including the damper adj as well and after removing the bolts I just have snap the dust cover and pillowball to it straight position right? so confused and worried as well too!
