Wanna touch up some stone chips before winter kicks in. Some have rust spots in them. What do you recommend to do in terms of cleaning up the rust? Do I need a primer on the metal afterward? Haven't touched up chips in years so looking for some insight. Don't care if its professional just wanna stop rust spread. Thanks alot.
