Extended warranty ?

my corolla's warranty is about to expire, where is best place to get an extended warranty. that includes everything like maintenance and everything else, i hate paying for repairs out of pocket, but i drive so dam much its only been a year and a half and im almost at 36,000 miles,

should i get extended warranty from dealer or is it cheaper from somewhere else? and if i did get it from another company will i be able to use it at a toyota dealer?

i had bought an extended warranty when I first bought the car. I returned it a week later.

im so glad i returned it. if i had gotten it, i wouldn't have used it seeing that my car now would be out of that extended warranty. only thing I had to pay for was oil, filters and washer fluid.

Warranty companies are in the business of denying claims. It has only been getting worse the last few years with the economic times. They will try to find any excuse going to deny coverage or partial coverage. You are better off saving the cost of a warranty and use that money to pay for a repair should you need one.

Otherwise if you choose to go with a warranty read the fine print and be prepared to maintain your vehicle to the manufacturers maintenance schedule and be prepared to show all documentation that work has been performed on schedule to argue your case should the need arise.
