newbie to forums, hello!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I just picked up a 2011 corolla S 5 speed this evening. I plan on doing some minor mods to suspension and maybe an intake... nothing to make the car faster, i just enjoy tinkering with cars

I have had my fare share of speed as I just sold a 2006 audi s4 with nearly 400 horses (after mods)... had to sell as i was racking up the miles and maint. was killing me since my mileage was getting up there... dealer gave me 17000 for the audi and i paid 18,120 for the corolla s, ended up paying about $1500 out of pocket when all was said and done.

I chose a corolla because my commute changed from 50 miles a week to over 400, i needed something reliable and efficient. my wife has a 2006 corolla which we bought new and we love it so another toyota only made sense

i am also a member on audizine under the same name if anyone ever ventures to those forums

looking forward to meeting new people and sharing mods/discussions etc!

Congratulations on the purchase! What color did you get?

As for mods, most start out with minor mods and end up going into bigger and better things! Lol

i went with the "pullmeovereventhoughimnotspeeding red" lol

i am going to start with the suspension while the engine bends in (even though the dealer said not to worry about break in)

probably go for sways and strut brace etc etc

a6? no it was a s4, it only had 61200 on it lol
