Thanks for all the info so far guys, I really appreciate it.

I gave the dealer a $500 deposit for them to order my setup for me. But while I was sitting there contemplating his invoice sheet, I couldn't really come to grips on why I had to pay the damn marketing fee; which was about $285 and I asked the salesman why I'm being charged this and he said "well, we all have to pay it." Well, if the dealer pays for it, and then they charge ME for it, then technically the dealer doesn't really pay for it in the end because I just paid it for them, right? On top of that, they said that the car is from Montana which charges $285 for "marketing" but then that price goes up when it comes to WA because more money is spent on marketing blah blah blah, so he said it'll probably be over twice that, like $500-600??? What the hell.... so yea, I'm not too happy that I'm being charged a marketing fee for the car when the dealer claims that EVERYBODY has to pay for it, even themselves. What about the dealer holdbacks? Because there was a charge of like $485 for holdbacks; jesus christ. Do I have to foot the cost for that as well? I saw the invoice for the car was only $18,868 and then it was $1416 for the heated leather package, $750 for the JBL sound system, $520 for vehicle stability control, another $750 for the moonroof. So, after pricing the car with options, it was fairly reasonable; a price that I could handle. And then came the destination fee (which I know I can't avoid), marketing, dealer holdback, $10 for GAS (unbelievable). All in all, it was like another $2k worth of extra charges on top of the price of the car, and then he said add another $500 over invoice and then you have a deal. Good god, after it was all said and done, I think the car was like $25,200 before tax and license. Does that sound right???
