I'm with pillpusher84 -- I easily and profoundly prefer the reclining rear seats (PLUS the body-strengthening v-brace) in my XLE over a folding rear seat. As I've mentioned elsewhere, I've had folding rear seats for YEARS in other cars, and never used them once.
