Getting an 09 Matrix Today!

Hi,

If all goes to plan I will be trading my Tacoma and leasing an 09 Sundance Metallic Today! It's the 1.8l engine Manual Tranny, with the power windows and 6 disc cd changer.....Steel wheels but I'll probably get some alloys for it.....

Hopefully this puppy will rock and I plan on driving it like I stole it - Any recomemdations on mods or break in?

I'll post pics asap if it happens.

Here she is first thing this morning:

i recommend that you get the 2.4 liter motor with the 5 speed tranny, which is on the XRS. the XRS also has better stock suspension than the base model.

Maybe next time. I had too much negative equity to afford it....and gas mileage, insurance costs etc were also big factors in me doing this trade.

I just drove it home and can't believe I've got this beatiful car parked in my driveway It's really fun to drive I found the 1.8 has plenty of pop! A lot quicker feeling than the v6 tacoma I'm used to.....now I'm off out to find an AUX jack for my ipod.

My first impressions is awesome! - A lot more exciting than the automatic and I think the steering feels great.

.....well, sadly the ipod with the AUX kind of sucked I need to spend a bit of time and change the settings to get more volume. Might have to install my Alpine
