Rims? 2009 White Matrix

Hi all, Just purchased a white 09 Matrix and it came with 16" factory rims that I want to change to some black rims. Any suggestions on the size, brand, and vendor to buy them from? Thanks for the help!

Have you found out what the wheel offset is on the 2009 Matrix?

When you buy wheels you need to know:
-Bolt pattern
-Wheel offset

The bolt pattern (probably 5-100 or 5-114) is the diameter of the bolt circle and the number of bolts.
The wheel offset is well explained here: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/...jsp?techid=101

I see thanks. Would this info be in the car manual? If not where will I find out my cars offset?

Thanks for the info. Are all the rims sold at tirerack.com reliable or of good quality?

yes. but no matter what you do.. if you buy used rims from ANYONE.. your best bet is to go inspect them yourself before you hand over the cash. no matter what. who knows if they hit a pot-hole going 90mph???
you dont want to be stuck with dinged up rims for a grand do you?? i wouldnt.
hope i helped!

Good point Jeff, i should have mentioned i have a 2.4L. Kind of dumb i personally find on Toyota's behalf, two different sizes for the same car.
