And on top of that Lemon law has strict guidelines. People just throw the term out there without understanding it. I don't think Ontario even has a comprehensive Lemon law to begin with (but I could be wrong).
Anyhow, in CA (with arguably the best lemon laws in the US) the car has to exhibit the same fault 4 times or more (2 times or more for something that could cause injury such as brakes, airbags etc.) or been 30 days total out of service due to fault(s) during which time you must have notified the manufacturer directly of the fault and let them work towards a resolution of the issue. If they fail then you may file suit and force them to buy the vehicle back minus a fair deduction for the mileage put on the vehicle.
These cars are still pretty new so there will be some kinks to work out. By the time they go through a facelift they will probably rack up quiet a few TSBs. This is why I always buy a car if it's mid-life or towards the end of the current model run regardless of the manufacturer.
