'10 Matrix Q - Hitch
Hi all - I guess technically I am not a Toyota owner yet, but they assure me my new Matrix XR will be in by the 23rd of May. I ordered the OEM hitch as a dealer option.

I have spoken with three separate people at the dealer, 2 in the service group, and none of them could tell me what size the receiver is on the hitch. Is it 1 1/4" or 2"? I need to know so I get the correct Thule bike carrier this weekend.

If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

If it's anything like the one linked above it will be 1-1/4" square receiver opening.
