Canada Seat Back issue

Hey Everyone.
I'm new to the forums, but hey, I own so an 09 Matrix, so I'm sure I'll fit right in.
I drive a Sundance Metallic Matrix XR with the "B" Package, so I got 17's, steering wheel mounted audio control, 6 speaker sound system, etc.
Anyhow, I baught my car back in May of '08, it's little over a year old now and has 15,000 km on it.
I've only had one major mechanical problem, a misalligned sensor that was fixxed under warrenty, a few little quibbles here and there that I'll have my dealer look at, mostly on the issue of couple large panel gaps on the inside and some ill fitting trim.
The major issue I have with it though is that the front seat back rests seem to have come loose.
It's very noticable on the passenger seat when I'm driving on the less then pristine roads of Winnipeg, as it constantly shaking back and forth, not a lot, but still noticable.
The driver seat is harder to notice, except I can feel it under hard breaking and acceleration when my weight -which thanxs to my line of work, I've lost over 30 lbs (WOOHOO)- shifts forwards and backwards in the seat.
I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if so, if it was something as easy as pulling the trim panel to access the backrest bolts on the lower portion of the seat, or if it was something that I needed to take to my dealer and have them fix?

Thanxs for your help and I look forward to hopefully getting to know you all in time.

Hey, I have the exact same car and package as you. I cant say that I really noticed a problem with the seat backs though. If you mean that when there is nobody in the passenger seat and when you go over a rough road the seatback in the passenger side moves, that is normal. My old car did that to. I believe that they are supposed to move alittle bit for safety reasons. I will pay more attention next time I go out to weather the drivers seat moves or not. The only complaint I have so far is the clunkyness of the manual when it is cold out!
