Lost Key/fob

I lost one of the combination key/fobs for my car and need to get a new one. Does anyone know how much they usually charge for the key or where i can get a cheaper one than the dealership? Also does anyone know the sequence to program them? This is for a 2009 Matrix base.

Since the new matrix have the remote key fobs now. It's not possible to find one out of the dealership. I think the prices will range around $150-180 us?

I just saw one on fleBay for cheap but it still says need to get programmed at the stealer:

yes, you can get the key from Ebay, you have to go to Stealer to program it at about CAD$80
