Sounds like you bought the wrong ones. High beams are 9005 while the low beams are 9006. I don't there is a way to make them fit.. Maybe sell them on eBay or to a friend?

I know these bulbs are tough to put into my wife's GS300. They should fit if you bought the correct bulbs. Try putting the old ones back to figure out how the new ones should go in.

It depends what wattage you bought. OEM bulbs are 55/60w. If you have wattage higher than that then they might do harm to your wiring harness or housing.

Actually OEM are 51/65w.

EDIT: The owner's manual actually says they are 51/60w, but the EPC says they are 51/65w.

EDIT 2: Went out to my car and checked, they are 51/60w... strange. I'll have to check my stock on 90080-81041's at work tomorrow, see if they match what the EPC says, or what the manual says they should be, lol.
