09/10 Pontiac Vibe

I have had 2 corollas with great success (high miles with no probs). I started looking into getting a hatchback for the cargo room and naturaly was drawn to the Toyota martix. After a little research I found the pontiac Vibe is pretty much the same car (even manufactured in the same plant). Is there a downside besides resale value to buying the Vibe over the Matrix? Are there any differences (besides logos) that I should be aware of? Thanks

S

they're both great cars and pretty much the same except the looks. right now i think you can get a vibe for a pretty good price. i can't really think of any other differences besides the look but i chose the vibe because it looked better, costs lesser, and has a better warranty. even tho pontiac is soon to be gone, you don't have to worry about warranty since they'll still honor it. plus in the long run if there's anything that needs to be replaced or something you can get toyota parts lol

I just bought a Vibe during the " CFC " program, for pretty much the same reason. I was limited on funds & Vibe was a better deal.
