My Window Shattered Today

Well guys, on my way to school today I was driving on the highway when I heard a pop. I looked over and couldn't see out my window. It dropped down about an inch and was wobbling back and forth, being held together only by my tint. Thankfully, Toyota offered to pay for this completely and actually asked if I tinted my windows through them, so I'm assuming they were going to fix that too! I'm not happy about this but I am happy about the service Ive been getting, I have no clue why it blew, I guess a rock kicked up from the car beside me.

As you can see Toyota taped the window up to hold me over until my new window comes in.

did something hit your window? or it just broke on its own? good thing you have tint on if not what a mess it might be.

Yeah the ride to the dealership was pretty freaky, because the window dropped down an inch and it just kept wobbling back and forth. The dealership so far has been more than great, and if it wasn't for the excellent service, I might have a for sale sign on my car right now.

I'm not too sure if anything hit my window, I was driving on a highway on the way to school at about 100km/h, and there were cars all around me so a rock may have flew up. My window was closed and I had the heat on low because it was a bit chilly this morning. I am very glad for the tint, because that may have actually injured me. The only thing that sucks now is I need to get my window re-tinted haha. The dealership actually had asked me if I got my windows tined with them (which I didn't) and I think they were actually going to take care of that free of charge as well!

Yeah I drove right to the dealership instead of going to class. They were hoping they could get the window tomorrow but the closest window is in Vancouver, so they said Wednesday or Thursday.

Okay guys sorry for the wait, it has been raining non-stop here and snowing today! Here are some pictures of the new window.

And I took the opportunity to tint my front windows darker. The legal limit here is 35%, but I went 15% in the 2 front windows. The rears are 5% (limo)

And a few pictures of my new 6000K DDM HID's just for the heck of it
