Ask for an OEM window to be installed. Many insurance companies will use CAPA certified or aftermarket parts by default, but many will install OEM when asked and after the other part was installed.
Ran into a similar situation with Geico using aftermarket - fitment was not 100%, on my wifes Matrix after she got hit by a larger vehicle. Kept bring the car back and had them redo it, until they agreed to use OEM. Fitment was spot-on - go figure. What killed me was the difference in price - about $100 difference for a fender. Out of a car for almost two months until the car was repaired to my satifaction.
Same with my old Camry with Nationwide insurance. But with them - even the body shop guy said it would cost more to "make" the aftermarket fit (labor) versus getting an OEM part. They went to bat for me and insurance OK'd the part.
