Underbody spoiler were standard on 2009 Matrix S but as a option on 2010 Matrix S ? I just got my 2010 Matrix S 2 weeks ago but without underbody spoilers... it just looks like a base Matrix with 2.4L engine...

Yup, I was surprised when I found this out. I thought the same as you. Couldn't you have had them add that on before taking delivery?

The dealer checked but they told me that none in CA at this time, so i just bought a S with 17" wheels...

Lol... yea I have a 2003 Corolla S and a 2010 Corolla S they both have body spoilers so i just feel like missing something on my 2010 Matrix.

I ordered them last weekend at Toyota dealer, it costs me $3497 USD for the parts, paint and installation, waiting for the parts arrive now , cant wait....

Yea $1800 for the front and rear bumpers with spoilers and $1700 paint and installation, just got a phone call from dealer today parts are ready so going to install them tomorrow.
