When was the last time you check the cabin air filter? If you haven't replaced it for some time, there is a good chance that mold and mildew as well as any decomposing matter is trapped on the filter. That will eventually lead to mold and mildew growing on the inside of the condensation tray/tube - which will require a deodorizing spray down the vents to kill.

I agree with the above poster. In addition to checking the cabin air filter, if you can I would always recommend making sure the AC box drain tube is not clogged. Spraying compressed air up the tube ensures anything blocking it is removed. I'm sure its not clogged, but we get a handle full in each month with soaked smelly carpets because the drain tubes are not draining and it backs up onto the floor.

Good Luck
