Bongiovi DPS Module anyone???

Has anyone tried the new Bongiovi DPS Module which is custom made and tuned for each Toyota model?

My dealer quoted me approx. $340 CAD installed. It plugs directly into the Toyota Head Unit.

The module is supposed to correct for vehicle accoustics and add some power.

My dealer has a showroom model Corolla with an ON/OFF switch so the effect of the module can be heard, but the battery on this tester was dead!

I currently have the bongiovi acoustics DPS in my 2011 matrix and have experiencred some issues with, the dealer i work at replaced the head unit 2 times and finally realized and it was the dps making the problem... the sound quality is imacculate and theres is way more power but if you get it installed and you start having problems with your radio check with the DPS box...

My Dealer said they install the unit with its own on/off switch on the dash so you could choose to use it or not. Did your factory head unit still work fine when the Bongiovi was switched off?

yes the radio worked fine by itself must a been a short in the dps box
