Searching Craigslist generally will get you the fastest results. Might be a good idea to call your local Toyota dealerships - sometimes alloys are fitted to customer cars after the car was delivered to the dealership. The original wheels that came with the car are now abandoned. Usually dealerships will sell these basically brand new "takeoffs" to other wheel distributors for a greatly reduced cost. I've gotten brand new set of alloys from my dealership this way for about 1/2 less than if I purchased them through normal channels at the discounted "cash" price. Since they are not "new" - they cannot sell them as new prices.
