My 2009 Matrix has 115K. Yesterday when I started it, I heard a sound like the horn beeping very softly when I turned the key, it stopped when key was released. Engine started ok. So I thought it might be the starter.
But with a closer look this morning, and I found that specifically, it makes the sound 5 times when the key is turned whether or not I actually start the car...
Don't have a problem yet, but as you can tell by my mileage I commute a good distance several times a week and don't want to get stuck...
