The reclining rear seat is a joke. I'd rather have the fold-down ones anyday. If you're long legged like my family you feel like you're on a birthing table. My son's G35 is a prime example even he had to admit it! Better to have something practical like the fold-downs.

I'm not trying to be defensive ... but do you have them? No... Have you sat in them? They are very comfortable ... I think you need to give 'em a try - you'll fall in love too!

As far as carrying anything ... as you can probably tell from my other posts I'm 150% anal when it comes to the car - cleaned 2x a week waxed every other month ... I will never cart stuff around in my car ... even if I had a fold down seat I wouldn't use it because i don't like to put anything in the car, especially over-sized stuff

Your're just begging for somehting to press or indent on the interior ... not to mention potential scratches and whatnot ... so thats where my father's truck comes in ... if i ever need to haul anything he's got the pickup - just swap cars for the day or whatever!
