As far as carrying anything ... as you can probably tell from my other posts I'm 150% anal when it comes to the car - cleaned 2x a week waxed every other month ... I will never cart stuff around in my car ... even if I had a fold down seat I wouldn't use it because i don't like to put anything in the car, especially over-sized stuff

Your're just begging for somehting to press or indent on the interior ... not to mention potential scratches and whatnot ... so thats where my father's truck comes in ... if i ever need to haul anything he's got the pickup - just swap cars for the day or whatever!
I've sat in them and they're no more comfotable to me than the G35's. I road tested and sat in every seat in every car on my list. Honda Accord, Nissan G35, Chevy Impala, Mitsubishi Galant and Toyota Camry. They should call them sliders instead of recliners cause they don't recline, they slide down and out with bad back support!
