no joke... that shop sucks if they put a 150 amp fuse to protect an amp that can draw at MOST 90 amps. I normally underrate my fuses to protect equipment... because I know I never run my amps anywhere near max current draw. I'd put like a 75 amp fuse on the main line to that amp. What was said is correct... the fuses should have blown protecting your equipment. If they didn't, either there was a shorted wire somewhere, or the internal circuitry is bad on the amp. If it is a new amp, send it back to the company, and next time go somewhere else for the install.
