Help with Cargo Net Dimensions

Perhaps a bit of a random question but I'm looking for a little help.

I've got a 2013 Jetta Sportwagen that I'm trying to get a cargo net in. Unfortunately there's nothing from the manufacturer that's as good as the Toyota nets. The universal nets I can find are all way too big.

My wife's Rav4 net is the perfect width but not tall enough. The one she has is part # PT347-42060, as sold here:

http://amzn.com/B00546C8UA

I had a Camry net but didn't think to measure it before I sold it.

Anyway I'm wondering if one of you wouldn't mind measuring your cargo nets to give me the dimensions and I'll buy the closest match for my new car? For reference the Rav4 net is 38" wide (excluding the hooks) by 12" high, when not stretched. I need something that's more like 18" high I think, the luggage hooks are 19" apart.

Thanks!

I found an aftermarket net for a Corolla at GW and just added a length of loop to fit the KitaCam...

It is 38" from end of loop to end of loop

enjoy your Toy

Thank you so much for the reply!

I think that confirms the Venza one is too small. I'm going to try the 4Runner net, it looks like the tallest of them all.

Thanks again.

No problem, hope that works out for you.

By the way, how do you like the VW? I looked at the Sportswagen, as I was replacing a Saturn wagon, but went with the Venza because of the larger cargo area, more HP and I preferred the Venza styling.

Did you consider a Venza or was it not even an option for you?

Wasn't an option, I wanted >40 MPG with room for 2 kids and a dog.

I'm happy with it overall. Fit and finish is typical VW (i.e. not good) but the driving and handling are no comparison. The JSW is amazing, doubly so because it's a wagon.

Thanks again for your help. After some "research"...that is, looking at pictures of nets...I decided to try the 4Runner net. It's just about perfect. A tad bit loose but that was easy to tweak.
