According to the Canadian Parliament, the Canadian Thanksgiving is the
Second Monday in October. It's right near Armistice Day, but they are
separate holidays.
British Thanksgiving is not an official holiday as far as I know. July 4th
is sort of a "tongue in cheek" thing.
