Well this might ne unique to your car, then no TSBs are going to come out and I guess you will have to drive with that rattle for ever-that doesn't make sense. Something is loose there, have them open the manifold and change it and fix the noise-that is if they are confident in their diagnosis, which sounds like they are not. I will try another dealership.
