more power

i have a95 avalon xl. it is a great car, with a decent amount of power. but it has no low-end power. once the engine reaches 3000 rpms it has plenty of power, but below that it is a dog. are there any mods to increase the power band so i have power earlier? any help would be greatfull.
thanks

If you are looking for bolt-ons good luck finding any. Nobody makes any performance parts for the avalon. Everything you would want has to be custom made.

it doesnt have to be bolt on. i can do major work, if needed, but i just want to know what can be done to widen the power band. i already have a custom short ram intake with a true cold air intake already made, just waiting on it to quit snowing and dry up to hook it up. i also have that intake set up for a dry shot of nitrous. i just need some more ideas to help widen the power band. any ideas would be helpful.
