Is this climate control system totally inoperative? Does the A/C system work or A/C pump kick in? Inside temp indicator work? The system has 4 fuses, a host of relays, control modules, etc. You might start by checking the Heater, ECU-8, Cig/Radio fuses and the 50A fusible link.
