Want to help fix my Dad's 96 Avalon, Have Questions

I want to help my dad get his car looking nice again b/c latly, it's been sort of falling apart. The antenna is stuck and is litterally about to fall off, The rear Passenger door holds water and after a hard rain, sounds like a fish tank, The tint is purple and peeling off, the interior "wood" trim is peeling and fading, speakers are shot, and there are a few paint scuffs from when my mom accidently backed up into a lightpole. I want to help him replace a few things b/c he loves the car, and does take care of it, but it just needs some . Here is what I proposed to do:

-Get New Tint (Is there an easy way to take off the old tint? it's peeling)
-New front Blinkers (Can you use the clear ones from the camry?)
-New Speakers (Going to install together when we order from crutchfield)
-Paint Scratches (Buy from Paintscratch.com)
-Interior Trim (Should I go ebay? when I look at the kits, they look good, except his AC control system is designed a tad different, so far, all the kits are different for just that part)
-Antenna (is there anyway to get a new Short antenna and not the R/C car look?)
-Pin Stripe (kinda looks 80's, but I don't know if I'll take it off)
-One LED is burnt out, don't know how to replace?

My biggest questions are about the antenna, interior trim, and the sidemarkers. Can anyone help me out with these? I think those 3 things is what I'm not sure what to do about.

I peeled all the wood off my interior, looks much better. I would never stick more of that stuff on, can't believe it's Toyota OEM stuff. If you do that, be patient and use a hair drier to heat it up. I used my fingers mostly and sparingly used a small plastic windsheild scraper. Park it in the sun with the windows up and you may not need the hair drier.

I could not get the piece off that surrounds the A/C controls, it looked like it was going to tear off the OEM stuff.

Satummoo,

The door is holding water because the drain holes are plugged up. Use a piece of wire hanger to poke the gunk out of the way - the holes are on the bottom of the door.

Does the car have a retractable antenna? If so, there is a factory insert kit - ask the dealer. I've installed one, so it couldn't be too hard.
