Gen1 97 XLS Outside Temp Display Question..

It's not critical but more curiosity. Is there a way to toggle the temp display between
(F)arenheit & (C)elcius? Again curious. I have a 97 XLS.

I didn't get a response so maybe if I repost this question I will.

i don't know about the 97 but i would think there would definately be a way. in 2000 and up there is a way and it is outlined in the owners manual. since all avalons were built in kentucky, the ones going to canada should be able to change the displays. do you have the owners manual?
