96 Avalon-disable ignition kill

I have Avalon 96 and it has an aftermarket alarm system with auto start. About three weeks ago on a really cold morning I started the car using the auto start remote control. It didn't start so I came out and tried to use the key didnt work either. When I turned the key to 'On' position all the lights on the dashboard were off and I heard some clicking noise coming off from the passenger side's dashboard. I checked all the fuses and relays and everything are ok. I disconnected the alarm box under the driver's dashboard and were able to start the car but it wouldn't if I tried to restart it. I think it's the ignition kill but I dont know how to disable that. Is there a way to totally disconnect the alarm system? Thanks in advanced.

Pull out the fuse from the alarm brain until you can bring it to a shop to get it repaired/replaced or just leave it as is. Is your battery in good condition? Are the terminals clean?

turned out it was my battery. I took it to Sears exchange for a new one and now it works perfectly. Thanks.
