The amp is located behind the glovebox towards the side to the car. It is installed right next to several other similar looking units. The amp has 2 large connectors plugged into it. Someone else can probably describe what they look like better than I can.

thanks gideon, anyone know how to remove the glove box? and is their a fuse wtih the amp? just found something, where would i found the amp power wire from the dash? i think i may have disconnected this wire to turn the car amp on.
