Anti theft.... Alarm
hello, i have a guest who has their key to get in to their 98 avalon. The alarm button doesnt not work so when they get into the car they cant turn the key in the ignition. im thinking its because of the anti theft. We were told to unplug the baterry. we have done that and nothing. ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP THIS GUEST TURN THEIR CAR ON? they have their id, keys and everything, its just that since they did not deactivate the alarm, it wont start. please help me ASAP
