Do a TN history on Camry (with optional V6) as this question has been asked many times; the two cars are almost the same. At this age and miles of your car things can start to wear out such as CV joints, etc. If you do the work yourself the costs are in line with typical car ownership, if a shop does this costs can add up due to labor.

If interested send a private message with your email, I can send a list of specific things to check that is too long to post in this format.

The car is bullet proof and normal wear and tear is to be expected as it ages. It's a nuts, bolts and stamped sheet metal machine after all. The only commonly mentioned flaw for that generation car was leaking power steering rack seals.
