96' XLS CD Player HELP!

Ok I just bought a new cd player for my 96 Avalon XLS, and I took the tape player out and I just cant figure out how to connect the wires from the cd player (JVC KD-S23) to the cars old wires because they are both color coded differently and I have no idea which goes with which. And I cant find any info on the car wires like for which speaker they are etc. etc.

go to walmart and buy the toyota stereo hardness

all i see on their website is gm stero harness is that the same thing. and my dad was messing with the wires trying to make it and he cut a few of them off to test which is which do i need those back on or do i not need them?

i also looked on best buy website but all the ones they have for toyota wont fir supposedly in my 96' avalon xls is this true and where else can or should i look for it. i need this fast....?
