96 Avalon Floor Mats, All Weather, Weathertech?

Today I received a pair of weathertech rubber mats for the front of my 96 Avalon, and am pretty disappointed. I bought the Weathertechs because I was under the impression that they were made in different shapes to fit different vehicles, but unfortunately they're not a good match for my Avalon.

They're too short and narrow. The rubber is impressively heavy duty, but I'm no better off with these mats (over $50 for the pair), than I would have been with the $8 ones from Wal-Mart. I may suck it up and ship them back, even though it means I'll be out $30 or so for shipping both ways.

Does anyone have any recommendations for well-fitting rubber mats for my 96 Avalon? I know Toyota doesn't have OEM ones going that far back. The more recent Camry mats look like they may fit, but I haven't tried them.

Thanks for your suggestions!

go to Sam's Club and look at the mats there

Same manufacturer as the Wal-Mart mats but MUCH BETTER

I have 2 sets-- one for my 2000 Avalon XLS and one for my 2005 Aavalon Limited

I'll keep them when I trade the 2000 for a 2008 shortly
