need torque specs for intake plenum 97 avaoln

Hello everyone..Im new to this forum..just discoverd it!...and I need your help. I am renewing the valve cover gaskets and I need to know what the toque is for the valve cover bolts and also for the two hex nuts and two hex bolts for the intake plenum..Ps The front was easy to do and the rear...well you spend more time removing all thats above the rear cover..wasnt difficult..just time consuming...there is no need to remove the intake manifold..I got a new throttle body gasket and I also replaced the spark plugs..also cleaned the throttle body..Thank you kingdly for the torqe specs..PaulR..1997 avalon 70k miles!
