Gen1 98 speaker needed

anyone got 98 avalon 7 speaker system laying around, need the front 2 speakers its sounds like its cracking anyway i can fix this problem? and anyone done a amp install in the avalon? where did u guys mount ur amp? im trying to mount it underneath the driver seat but cant find a place to mount the ground wire, can someone help me out?

if you remove the armrest, it gives really good access to the body for a ground

two bolts (10mm) on the inside under the little fabric, and pull the facia from around the shifter, (its a seperate piece) and there are two screws there, you should be golden.

thanks cexsiman, i grounded but now the amp just flashes and goes in to protect mode and turns off, anyone have any clue whats going here?

what kind of amp is it? and what light is flashing? i assume the power? did you try calling tech support (as much as it doesnt help sometimes...)

Hifonicx BX1000d, the 'HIFONICS' logo on top flashes blue light and the protection mode also flashes, and then finally shuts off after about 5 quick flashes

would it because i didnt scrape the paint off where i mounted the ground wire? could that be the reason?

ive been trying to figure out if its the amp or not, but it could certainly be a good reason to scrape the paint down to bare metal where you are grounding it, if for no other reason but to get a better ground, would be an easy solution. i havent been able to figure out if its the amp and if it was what it could be, sorry, but that is a great place to start.

finally got it to work, find out that it wasnt the ground, its the remote wire from the HU, somethings wrong with it and dont know what. had to plug the remote wire from the fuse box by the drivers side door and run it from their

i have the same color napa burgundy, spoiler with gold emblems(i know, but it was the parents 1st) anyone got the 98 avys stocks speakers?fronts? or where can i get replacements?
